Job summary

Schnucks is seeking a Center Store Leader to act as a trusted manager and category expert across Dairy, Drug, Frozen, GM, Grocery, and Liquor. You will coach, develop, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service and store conditions, while supporting the company’s financial goals and strategic plan.

You will fulfill 1–3 Manager on Duty shifts per week, facilitate training, and partner with SAS.

Qualifications

Experience with Center Store merchandising and store operations.
Ability to lift and manage physical inventory and stand for long periods.
Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire frontline teammates.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint; able to read financial reports.

Responsibilities

Lead Center Store departments and coach team across DSD, Grocery, Dairy, and more.
Manage vendor trade partners and inventory levels to meet financial plans.
Schedule 1–3 Manager on Duty shifts weekly and ensure coverage.
Communicate essential information to the center store team and ensure compliance with policy.
