Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Required) or Equivalent (GED).
• Two years of retail experience preferred.
• One-year supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, bookkeeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day department operations to meet KPI goals.
• Order and maintain inventory, ensure product freshness and quality.
• Review received orders for amount, quality, count or weight.
• Manage a team for stocking, production, and date-sensitive rotation.
• Maintain familiarity with products and store promotions.
• Develop and monitor department goals and forecasts.
• Attend daily huddles and manager meetings; ensure safety compliance.
