Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a high-energy Assistant Manager to lead a front-of-house team and partner with the Center Sales Director to drive growth. This full-time, hourly leadership role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, payroll, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You're expected to train and onboard new staff, manage daily operations, and contribute to local marketing and sales targets. Competitive hourly pay with commissions and strong benefits await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, beauty, or fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Strong coaching and people-development skills with a sales mindset.
• Experience with POS and scheduling systems; Zenoti preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and motivate Guest Service Associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Onboard new team members and set them up for success from day one.
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and daily personnel management.
• Lead local store marketing efforts and drive sales and KPIs.
• Ensure smooth front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out processes.
