European Wax Center in Burlington, MA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our front of house team and partner with the Center Sales Director to drive KPIs and sales through guest acquisition, retention, and retail product sales. This full-time hourly role requires strong leadership and excellent guest service.

You will coach associates, manage schedules, and help run the store marketing program while ensuring inventory accuracy, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of management experience, preferably in retail.
• Knowledge of POS systems and scheduling software.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Schedule shifts and facilitate weekly or monthly meetings.
• Review daily timesheets and submit for payroll processing.
• Monitor customer service delivery and satisfaction.
• Process guest payments, refunds, and appointment requests.
• Educate guests on Wax Pass benefits and drive package sales.
• Develop and implement store marketing programs.
• Oversee inventory counts and center maintenance.
• Onboard and train new Guest Service Associates.
• Manage weekly cash deposits and reconciliation.
