European Wax Center is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding guest service and drive center revenue in a client-facing role. You will help train team members, greet guests, promote services, and support front-desk operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, beauty, or customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote services, products, and promotions; sell wax passes and rebook guests.
• Educate guests on exclusive product line and center offerings.
• Manage front-desk operations: check-ins/outs, scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional center appearance and serve as a role model for peers.
