Job summary

EWC Growth is seeking an Assistant Manager in Burlington, MA to lead our front of house team and drive guest satisfaction. You will partner with the Center Sales Director to grow KPI's, sales, and customer loyalty while developing staff and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The role is full-time, hourly, with compensation including hourly pay plus commissions and benefits. You will train, schedule, and coach associates, and help manage marketing, inventory, and store operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience, preferably in retail.
• Knowledge of POS systems and scheduling software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead front of house team and manage guest experience.
• Coordinate scheduling, training, and coaching.
• Oversee payments, refunds, and appointments.
• Assist with store marketing and inventory management.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Onboard new guest service associates.
• Co-lead Strut sessions with Center Manager.
