EWC Growth LLC. is seeking an Assistant Manager in New York City to lead the front‑of‑house team and create exceptional guest experiences while managing staff. You will work closely with the Center Sales Director to drive sales and KPIs through effective guest services.

The ideal candidate will have management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Compensation includes an hourly wage of $19–$23 plus commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of POS and Computerized Scheduling Systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively and organize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead front‑of‑house team and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Train, schedule, and evaluate associates.
• Manage customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Handle weekly bank deposits and inventory management.
