Job summary

EWC Growth LLC. is seeking an Assistant Manager (ACSM) to lead our front of house team, partner with the Center Sales Director to drive KPI's and sales, and develop the team. This is a full-time, hourly position with compensation including base pay and commissions based on sales targets.

The role focuses on guest acquisition, retention, retail product sales, and training. Responsibilities include training, scheduling, payroll reviews, customer service optimization, and overseeing payments,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• Knowledge of Computerized Scheduling Systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written communication.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead front of house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and coaching associates.
• Submit timesheets for payroll processing.
• Manage guest payments, refunds, and appointments.
• Oversee store marketing efforts and inventory reviews.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the center.
