European Wax Center is seeking an Assistant Center Manager in Chicago to oversee daily operations, lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, and drive sales goals while ensuring top-tier guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background with customer service excellence.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team; flexible with evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen
