The Role

Lead the daily operations of a fast-paced ABA clinic, ensuring a smooth experience for families, clients, and teammates. You will manage scheduling, oversee office operations, and partner with clinical leadership to keep the center running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client and staff schedules for optimal efficiency
• Oversee daily clinic operations and team coordination
• Serve as a primary point of contact for families and new client intake
• Support onboarding and team engagement
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and company standards
• Partner with leadership to drive operational excellence

What You Bring

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in scheduling, operations, or office management (healthcare or ABA preferred)
• RBT certification (If you are not currently an RBT, we will help you get certified.)
