Job summary

Responsibilities include leading staff meetings, coordinating with regional teams, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA and company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be patient-focused with strong customer service.
• 1–3 years in a leadership role in healthcare/retail preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages assigned clinic; may assist another clinic temporarily.
• Interviewing, hiring, training and mentoring teammates.
• Maintains monthly clinic schedule; approves payroll punches and attendance.
• Ensure staffing coverage and coordination with other managers.
• Lead staff meetings and daily huddles; communicate goals and policies.
• Manage operations including billing, EMR records, and supply orders.
• Engage in marketing and community outreach to drive traffic to clinics.
