Job summary

ChenMed seeks an Associate Center Operations Director to lead day-to-day center operations, optimize scheduling, and drive a positive center culture. You will supervise staff, improve patient experience, and coordinate center performance with physicians, care teams, and leadership.

The role requires strong data-driven decision making, regulatory awareness, and a focus on staff development and retention. Evening/weekend flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Biological Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or similar setting.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/managerial experience in healthcare or similar regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Patient Experience: Improve satisfaction by addressing feedback and implementing best practices.
• Slot Utilization: Maximize appointment access and efficiency.
• Slots Quality: Balance availability with patient needs.
• Available and Accessible: Reduce wait times and barriers to care.
• Disenrollment: Monitor and address causes to retain patients.
• Orphan Patients: Identify and manage patients without assigned PCPs.
• Center Culture: Promote engagement and collaborative teamwork.
• Center Workforce Planning: Ensure adequate staffing for patient needs.
• Onboarding of Line Staff: Oversee training for new staff.
• Teammate Retention: Improve retention and career growth.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
