Qualifications

• BA/BS in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Biological Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in a medical clinic, hospital setting, or similar environment.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in a medical clinic, hospital setting, or similarly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Patient Experience: Enhance overall patient experience by implementing best practices and addressing feedback.
• Slot Utilization: Optimize appointment slot utilization for access and efficiency.
• Slots Quality: Maintain balance between availability and patient needs.
• Available and Accessible: Ensure team is available to patients, reducing wait times.
• Disenrollment: Monitor and address disenrollment to retain patients.
• Orphan Patients: Identify and manage patients without assigned PCPs.
• Center Culture (Engagement): Promote positive culture and staff engagement.
• Center Workforce Planning: Plan staffing to meet patient needs and demands.
• Onboarding of Line Staff: Oversee onboarding and training for new staff.
• Teammate Retention: Implement strategies to reduce turnover.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
