Job summary

ChenMed is seeking an Associate Market General Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multiple medical centers. You will own the operational and financial performance, manage a team of center leaders, and partner with clinical leadership to meet patient care and service metrics.

In this role you will drive growth strategies, oversee budget adherence, and mentor staff toward upward mobility while maintaining a focus on VIP patient experiences and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare administration and multi-center operations desired.

Responsibilities

• Owns and operates an average annual budget of over $50M for multiple medical centers.
• Leads growth and operational strategy to meet patient experience and financial objectives.
• Develops and coaches center leaders for upward mobility.
• Partners with Regional President to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service.
• Monitors patient flow, center performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Drives retention and membership strategies across centers.
