Job summary

Agile Occupational Medicine seeks a Center Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing team across its California centers. You will partner with medical staff to ensure exceptional patient care while driving operational excellence and budget control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or a related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in healthcare, with a preference for occupational medicine.
• At least 5 years of direct management experience, including oversight of multiple Centers (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and occupational medicine practices.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, billing systems, and operational performance metrics.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to drive results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, ensuring deadlines are met consistently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Center staff to achieve performance excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day Center operations and optimize patient care.
• Develop strategies to minimize wait times and improve throughput.
• Create policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and efficiency.
• Manage Center budget, performance drivers, and cost controls.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and inventory.
• Monitor KPIs and billing reports to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Collaborate with sales and regional teams on strategic plans and growth.
• Coordinate with other providers to deliver seamless care.
• Ensure compliance with laws and industry standards.
• Stay informed on occupational medicine developments and integrate best practices.
• Maintain staff certifications and mandatory training.
• Engage with stakeholders to enhance customer service and partnerships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
