Life Skills Autism Academy is seeking an Operations Director in the Tucson, AZ area to lead center operations, sales, and staff management with a focus on achieving full capacity and compliant operations.

You will manage a roster of Behavior Technicians, coordinate training and compliance, handle scheduling, payroll, and offboarding, and collaborate with recruitment to meet staffing needs. Strong customer service, leadership, and healthcare experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of customer service experience required.
• 5-8+ years managing 20+ staff strongly preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and champion Life Skills Autism Academy’s growth.
• Conduct sales, marketing, and advertising duties to grow client base to full capacity.
• Assist clients and families in accessing treatment through intake guidance.
• Maintain communication with prospective clients and ensure expectations of intake timelines.
• Align resources to ensure fastest access to therapy.
