Centria Autism is seeking an Operations Director to lead the center's operational excellence and team culture. You will align clinical leadership with operational strategy to deliver high-quality care and growth. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, manage staffing, scheduling, safety, and compliance across the center.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical and facilities teams, ongoing process improvement, and driving retention and customer satisfaction within Centria Autism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2-5 years of experience in operations management or sales; prior management of a team required.
• Prior P&L experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage schedules for Behavior Technicians and coordinate assessments.
• Oversee center operations, training coordination, attendance, and compliance.
• Ensure smooth operations with IT, facilities, and clinical teams to support growth.
• Maintain compliance with policies, accreditation standards, and safety regulations.
• Oversee payroll, billing, and financial performance; manage budgets.
