Job summary

Centria Autism seeks an Operations Director to lead center operations, staffing, and client coordination. You will partner with Clinical Leadership to ensure high-quality care, drive growth, and maintain safety standards across the organization.

You will oversee Behavior Technicians, attendance, training, and performance, while coordinating with departments to sustain efficient operations and compliant policies. This role is onsite and requires strong leadership and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years in operations management or sales.
• Experience managing a team and P&L preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage staff shifts and assessments for clients.
• Coordinate staffing activities and ensure coverage and compliance.
• Oversee center processes and training for Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and adherence to policies.
• Support clinical outcomes through collaboration with Clinical Leadership.
• Manage non-billable hours and budget utilization.
• Coordinate IT and insurance-related conversations to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct center tours and maintain a safe, compliant facility.
