The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) seeks an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day center operations at our Yuba City location. You will oversee billing, payroll, staffing, and vendor relations while ensuring compliance with CARD standards and HIPAA regulations.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of management experience, with a background in healthcare settings. Strong leadership and communication skills, plus ability to collaborate with clinical staff, are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, accounting, finance, administration, or management.
• A minimum of 3–6 years' experience in management; healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day center operations, including billing and payroll.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard administrative and clinical staff.
• Maintain staff engagement and culture.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient records accuracy.
• Manage purchasing budget and supply chain.
• Lead outreach and growth initiatives with community partners.
• Coordinate scheduling to meet billing requirements.
