Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, education, counseling, human services or related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of management experience is required.
• Experience working in school environments with referral sources, families, and direct services with clients and students is required.
• 4+ years of experience working with neurodivergent individuals, disabilities, or autism is required.
• Active driver’s license is required.

Responsabilités

• Oversees operational leadership and team culture.
• Conducts staff supervision, coaching, and performance development.
• Supports integrated student services and coordinated service delivery.
• Monitors student progress and implements intervention procedures.
• Manages daily operations, scheduling, and cross‑functional coordination.
