College Internship Program (CIP) in Lee, MA seeks an on-site Assistant Program Director. This full-time exempt role reports to the Program Director and may require longer hours, weekends, and travel up to 25%.

CIP serves young adults with autism, ADHD and learning differences with a structured program and comprehensive services. The role emphasizes policy leadership, staff supervision, and coordination of schedules to ensure program quality and student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Counseling, Human Services or related field; Master’s required.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and administer policies for day-to-day service delivery and quality to students, staff and the community.
• Assessment and evaluation to ensure student success and growth.
• Oversees and enables direct support staff to deliver program and service excellence, aligned to CIP standards.
• Plans and coordinates staff and student schedules with center staff.
• Serve as main center contact when Program Director is unavailable; maintain high service levels.
