Center for Urban Community Services (CUCS) seeks an Assistant Program Director to supervise clinical staff, oversee the site’s special services programs (including on-site psychiatry), and collaborate with the Program Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-centered services in a dynamic urban setting.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, public administration, public health, human services, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years applicable experience with related populations in a human services organization.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory/management experience in HUMAN SERVICES, PUBLIC HEALTH, OR SOCIAL SERVICES.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
