Job summary

Career Team is seeking a Center Manager to oversee operations of the Workforce Solutions Center, manage budgets, supervise staff, and strengthen community partnerships.

This full-time exempt role reports to the Operations Manager and requires a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of supervisory experience, and strong project management and customer service skills. On-site work in Denton, Texas with 15-20% travel; salary $70,000-$80,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations, or community organization or development or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge of workforce development program operations and development.
• Strong customer service and performance management skills.
• Proven project management, organizational, and data-analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the Workforce Solutions Center.
• Manage center budgets, track spending, and maintain inventory records.
• Support staff growth and development; provide coaching and evaluations.
• Strengthen partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.
• Coordinate outreach events with Business Services and Marketing & Communications.
