Career Team is seeking a Center Manager to oversee operations of the assigned Workforce Solutions Center and ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively at the Center. The Center Manager will report to the Operations Manager and manage center budgets, staff growth, and program quality while strengthening community partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, or community organization or development (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in supervision/management is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Oversee all employment and training initiatives within the Workforce Solutions Center.
• Manage the Center’s budget and spending; track reporting and inventory.
• Develop staff growth and performance; provide coaching and evaluations.
