Job summary

LAPRC seeks a Center Operations Manager to oversee non-medical services and daily operations at the local center. You will lead client support programming, coordinate volunteers, and manage general operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role requires spiritual maturity and a strong commitment to the Gospel, with an ability to work with staff, volunteers, and clients while upholding LAPRC policies and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in education, child development, or social service preferred.
• Proficient use of computers and software to complete tasks.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Demonstrates LAPRC core values: Faith, Integrity, Excellence, Respect, Compassion.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for client support programming (parenting education, post abortion support, perinatal grief support).
• Coordinate volunteer schedules and client appointments.
• Review KPIs monthly and plan to meet goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper client information handling.
• Oversee data entry for non-medical services and clients.
• Organize and manage intake and distribution of donated baby and maternity items.
• Provide direct client care when needed and support medical staff as required.
• Cross-train as a Client Advocate to assist with options information.
• Build and maintain relationships with community referral sources.
• Cross-train to answer phones and assist with supplies and deposits.
