European Wax Center seeks an Assistant Retail Manager to support Center operations and lead the team in the Center Manager’s absence. You’ll drive guest experiences and sales while coaching Associates to improve performance.

• 1–2 years of experience (retail and/or beauty preferred).
• Prior leadership experience with coaching and development skills.
• Working knowledge of KPIs and how to leverage them to improve results.
• Aspires to develop into Center Manager within 6–12 months.
• Flexible availability to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the center’s business and team in the Center Manager’s absence.
• Meet and exceed Wax Pass and retail sales goals.
• Coach Associates on selling behaviors and provide ongoing feedback.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.
