Centria Autism is seeking an Operations Director to lead center-wide operations, staffing, and client coordination. The role partners with Clinical Leadership to support outcomes, growth, and high-quality care.

The position oversees scheduling for Behavior Technicians, training, compliance, and coordination with facility management to ensure safety and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–5 years of experience in operations management or sales with prior leadership of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• Strong knowledge of credentialing, HR practices, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage schedules for Behavior Technicians and assess client needs.
• Coordinate staffing activities including allocation, substitutions, and multi-technician assignments.
• Lead with clinical leadership to support outcomes and growth.
• Monitor attendance, compliance, and performance; address issues as needed.
• Oversee payroll, billing, and P&L responsibilities.
