Job summary

Responsibilities

Develop and manage schedules for Behavior Technicians, ensuring coverage and policy adherence.
Coordinate assessments and client starts, aligning families, technicians, and clinicians.
Monitor attendance, training, and compliance with guidance from leadership.
Oversee payroll, billing, and financial performance; manage budget adherence.
Ensure center operations, safety, and facility coordination; communicate with providers.
