Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking an Operations Director to set the tone for the center's team culture and family experience. You will oversee all operational aspects, including technician scheduling, client assessments, staffing, and liaison with facility management to maintain a safe, clean environment.

Partner with Clinical Leadership to support outcomes, high-quality care, and growth. You will lead training, compliance, and retention initiatives, ensuring smooth operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years in operations management or sales; leadership experience.
• Knowledge of compliance and HR practices beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage schedules for Behavior Technicians and clients.
• Coordinate assessments and onboarding for new clients.
• Oversee center operations, compliance, and safety protocols.
• Lead staffing, training, discipline, and retention initiatives.
• Partner with Clinical Leadership to drive growth and service quality.
