Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations management or sales; prior management of a team required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with G Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage schedules for Behavior Technicians and coordination of client assessments.
• Coordinate staffing activities and client case starts with families and clinicians.
• Oversee center operations, compliance, and training; monitor attendance and performance.
• Manage payroll, billing, and administrative processes; ensure safety and facility standards.
