Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking an Operations Director to lead the center’s team culture and client experience. You will oversee scheduling for Behavior Technicians, coordinate client assessments, staff allocations, and onboarding while partnering with Clinical Leadership to drive high-quality care and growth.

Responsibilities include monitoring center metrics, managing compliance, payroll and billing, and maintaining a safe, efficient facility. A strong background in leadership and P&L is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of operations management experience with team leadership.
• Prior P&L experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage Behavior Technicians and client assessments.
• Oversee staff performance, attendance, and policy compliance.
• Coordinate with Clinical Leadership and IT for smooth operations.
• Maintain a safe, well‑organized facility and monitor center metrics.
