Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Center Operations Director to lead the day-to-day operations of the Temple center in Texas. The role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care, managing staff, and coordinating clinical activities to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality outcomes.

The COD will work with clinicians and leadership to drive improvements, monitor performance metrics, and maintain regulatory compliance while maintaining a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years in leadership or operations management in healthcare or related field.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead center operations and staff to ensure optimal care and service delivery.
• Coordinate clinical activities and patient flow to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate with clinicians to support patient care and staff development.
• Monitor metrics such as patient experience, turnaround times, and revenue targets.
