Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Center Operations Director in West Sacramento to lead daily operations and ensure top-notch patient care and service. The COD will oversee center staff, coordinate patient flow, and support clinicians and therapists to deliver exceptional care.

The role requires strong leadership, a service mindset, and experience in healthcare operations. Eligible for up to $10,000 bonus and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of leadership or operations management experience.
• Healthcare or customer service experience preferred.
• HIPAA and PHI handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage center operations, ensuring patient care and service standards.
• Lead and develop center staff and coordinate scheduling.
• Monitor metrics like Net Revenue and patient experience.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
• Prepare CLT meeting materials and drive continuous improvement.
