Job summary

CSL Vifor in Las Vegas seeks a Center Manager responsible for running the center operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs and applicable regulations, and safeguarding donor safety and product quality. You will supervise staff, coordinate with QA to address deficiencies, lead HR processes, and collaborate with the center manager to maintain quality, efficiency and profitability through data-driven actions.

This is an on-site leadership role requiring strong communication and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience overseeing a team.
• Experience analyzing data to improve quality, efficiency and profitability.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and HR policies for compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all SOPs and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with the center manager to assist with quality compliance by meeting company, regulatory and customer requirements to safeguard donor safety and product quality.
• Work with QA to develop corrective action plans to address deficiencies noted during audits.
• Ensure OSHA training and record-keeping, and that the center and all employees comply with OSHA regulations.
• Manage employee recruitment, training, counseling, termination, and HR policy adherence.
• Support the center's marketing and advertising efforts.
• Overnight travel up to 10%.
