Job summary

The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Citywide Case Management Programs is building a Center of Excellence in Case Management (CCM CoE) to strengthen clinical case management for serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and homelessness.

The Project Management Professional will lead design and implementation of a comprehensive training program, coordinating experts and developing content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area and minimum five years of experience or equivalent experience / training.
• Project management certification (PMP/CSM/ACP) including qualifying exam or equivalent QA processes (Six Sigma/Lean).
• Advanced knowledge of project management principles, theories, and concepts.
• Broad knowledge of clinical topics.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Advanced effective writing and communication across all levels.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to track progress and manage projects within time and budget.
• Experience integrating information across disciplines and aligning with broader strategies.
• Experience developing and facilitating clinical didactic trainings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of a comprehensive training program for the CCM CoE.
• Coordinate subject matter experts and develop training content on clinical case management topics.
• Facilitate trainings and develop supervision standards and modules for supervisors.
• Support internship program coordination and strategic expansion of the behavioral health workforce pipeline.
• Contribute to organizational projects and trainings aligned with workforce development and program improvement.
