Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, public health, human services, business administration, higher education administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated independently minded program administration and operations experience.
• Experience managing databases, information systems, contracts/agreements, or compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative and operational functions of CCCW and clinical training programs.
• Evaluate workflows, client-access procedures, and operational practices to improve efficiency and client experience.
• Oversee client management systems, clinical placement networks, and scheduling infrastructure.
• Develop onboarding systems and training programs for trainees, associates, and supervisors.
• Provide data analyses to support planning, accreditation, and community partnerships.
