Job summary

You will design and implement a comprehensive training program for clinical case management, coordinate SMEs, develop content across topics, and facilitate trainings under Division Director supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related area and minimum five years of experience or equivalent experience / training.
• Project management certification (PMP, CSM or ACP) required.
• Advanced knowledge of project management principles and concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and communicate with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of a comprehensive case management training program.
• Coordinate subject matter experts and develop training content across topics.
• Facilitate trainings and support supervision standards development.
• Create training modules for supervisors and supervise interns within the internship program.
• Collaborate on organizational projects and workforce development efforts.
