Job summary

Ritter Center in San Rafael, CA is seeking a Case Management Program Manager to lead the Case Management Department. The role supervises 7 staff, provides direct client services, and ensures integrated care across medical, behavioral health and housing programs.

You will coordinate with the Chief of Staff, oversee HMIS data entry, rental subsidy payments and housing-focused services, while maintaining compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• TB test and COVID-19 vaccination per policy.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, criminal justice or similar.
• Minimum 2+ years in benefits administration, representative payee, or case management.
• Experience with Marin County social services preferred.
• Previous management experience in social services.
• Knowledge of HUD housing regulations and Housing First principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with homeless populations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise Case Managers and Patient Navigators.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, service quality and client flow.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and funding requirements.
• Lead regular team meetings and provide supervision.
• Coordinate with HMIS and data reporting.
• Represent Ritter Center at county meetings and community events.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to integrate services.
• Provide leadership and coaching to staff.
