Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in psychology, social work, public health, human services, business administration, higher education administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in program administration or related setting.
• Experience exercising independent judgment in managing programs, operations, partnerships, or complex administrative functions.
• Experience developing, evaluating, interpreting, or implementing policies, procedures, workflows, or operating practices.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex administrative or programmatic problems, evaluate alternatives, and develop recommendations.
• Experience managing databases, information systems, compliance processes, contracts or agreements, or other complex administrative systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple high-priority projects and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and programmatic leadership for CCCW and the MFT/PCC clinical training program.
• Plan, evaluate, and improve clinic operations and clinical training systems, including client access and referral processes.
• Oversee client management systems, scheduling, records, and office utilization.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and referral partners.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and supervision for trainees and staff.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and support accreditation, fundraising, and planning.
• Serve as operational advisor to clinic leadership and translate strategic priorities into plans.
