NovaCare Rehabilitation in Allendale, MI, seeks a Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager to lead our outpatient orthopedic therapy team and deliver exceptional patient care. You will oversee clinical operations, collaborate with physicians and payors, develop staff, and help grow the center.

Strong sports medicine background and at least one year in outpatient ortho required; leadership potential encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification.
• At least one year of outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Leadership potential or prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the outpatient therapy team to maximize patient outcomes.
• Provide preventative and rehab services to active populations and student-athletes.
• Collaborate with physicians, payors, and case managers to grow the center.
• Develop and mentor PTs and PTAs while expanding specialty services.
• Uphold center operations and execute executive decisions.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager

Location: 11301 Commerce Drive, Suite B, Allendale, MI 49401

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm

Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 based on experience

Incentives: $15,000 Sign-On Bonus and/or $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join our Sports Center of Excellence and play a key role in serving local university and high school athletes. We are seeking a clinician with a strong sports medicine background who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to an active patient population.

Previous leadership experience is preferred; however, we are open to considering a high-performing candidate with demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to grow into a Center Manager role. Candidates should have at least one year of outpatient orthopedic experience.
