This full-time role offers a salaried starting at $75,000+ with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and opportunities to mentor staff, expand services, and partner with physicians and payors to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead an outpatient orthopedic therapy team across orthopedic, sports, neuro, and specialized rehab programs.
• Oversee patient care with a steady clinic flow and manage three evening shifts.
• Collaborate with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Grow and develop a team of PTs and PTAs and expand service offerings.
