NovaCare Rehabilitation in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking a Physical Therapist to serve as Outpatient Center Manager. You will lead and provide exceptional patient care while overseeing our outpatient orthopedic therapy team and coordinating services to maximize function and well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy and valid State PT license.
• Experience leading outpatient orthopedic therapy teams is preferred.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as outpatient center manager.
• Oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team and collaborate with physicians and case managers.
• Expand and develop a team of PTs and PTAs while managing center operations and patient portfolios.

Type of Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Weekdays (hours vary)
Compensation: $83,500 - $120,000, annually, based on years of experience
