NovaCare in Manahawkin, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead as Outpatient Center Manager. This full-time role oversees an outpatient orthopedic team, delivering preventative and rehab services to maximize function.

The position includes a $10K sign-on and a robust benefits package, with 90K–100K salary and potential loan assistance. Responsibilities include managing the center, building physician and patient portfolios, growing staff, and engaging in community programs while advancing

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions.
• Utilize local network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Grow and manage the center's physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Expand and develop a team of PTs and PTAs.
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to support the community.
• Participate in ongoing continuing education opportunities.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager

Location: Manahawkin, NJ

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. No Weekends

Compensation:Salary range is $90K-$100K, based on your experience.

Incentives: $10K Sign on Bonus, plus Student Loan Assistance of $350 per month for duration of your employment with us!

Unique Location/Job Details: 4 PTs, 1 PTA, 1 OT Hand therapist center with front desk staff. We are looking for a leader to treat and manage the clinic. Diverse outpatient orthopedic mix. Must have at least 5 years of recent outpatiet orthopedic experience.
