Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this full-time role, you will lead a dynamic outpatient clinic, ensure high-quality care across rehabilitation programs, and manage a team of physical therapists to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification.

Lead a dynamic outpatient clinic as a Center Manager, overseeing high-quality care provided across orthopedic, sports, neuro, and specialized rehab programs. This role offers a steady patient volume and a structured schedule with three evening shifts, ideal for a hands‑on leader passionate about clinical excellence and growth.

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well‑being of our patients.
