NovaCare Rehabilitation in Erie, PA is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager to lead our outpatient orthopedic therapy team and deliver exceptional patient care.

You will oversee center operations, foster physician relationships, and expand patient portfolios while advancing clinical expertise through our advancement programs. This is a full-time role with a starting salary of $70,000+, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and student loan repayment.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager

Location: 4630 Buffalo Road Erie PA, 16510

Incentives: $5,000 Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (3 evenings until 6 pm)

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $70,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program
