Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with DPT or equivalent.
• Current state license or eligibility to practice in Michigan.
• CPR certification and ongoing professional development requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Location: 44555 Joy Road, Canton, MI 48187
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm (schedule varies)
Compensation: $76,000 - $95,000 depending on experience
