NovaCare Rehailitation in Mullica Hill, NJ seeks a Physical Therapist who will also serve as Center Manager. The role oversees an outpatient orthopedic therapy team, delivering preventative and rehab services to maximize function.

You will lead clinical operations, drive excellent patient experiences, and collaborate with physicians, payors and community partners to grow the center.

Qualificações

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the outpatient orthopedic therapy team and center operations.
• Oversee patient care experiences and maximize functional outcomes.
• Expand and manage relationships with physicians, payors and case managers.
• Grow and manage a team of PTs and PTAs and partner with community programs.
• Uphold executive decisions and assume responsibility for center performance.

Position: Physical Therapist/Center Manager - Outpatient $10K Sign on Bonus!

Location: Mullica Hill, NJ

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday. No Weekends!

Compensation: Salary range $85,000-$110,000 annually based on your experience.

Incentives: $10,000 Sign on Bonus, plus $350 per month in student loan assistance
