Salary: $24.00 – $28.60 hourly

Job Summary

As a Center Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at the European Wax Center location, leading a high-performing team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPIs and demonstrate financial acumen

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Established history of managing multiple direct reports
• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Sales‑driven with a focus on customer service excellence
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Growth mindset
• Physical ability to climb, reach, bend and lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, and stand/work on floor over 80% of shift
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal interactions
• Ability to learn and operate a POS system
