European Wax Center in Lombard, IL is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to help oversee daily operations at our Wax Center location. You will lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, drive sales, manage guest satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence.

Strong leadership, a background in retail or spa operations, and a customer-service mindset are required. This role offers a competitive base salary with semi-monthly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Job Summary

As an Assistant Center Manager, you will help oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
