Meineke in Gulfport, Mississippi, is seeking an experienced Center Manager to lead daily operations, staffing, and customer service in our automotive service center.

You will hire, train, coach, and manage technicians and advisors; maintain financials, schedule work, and drive sales while upholding Meineke standards.

This onsite role rewards performance with base pay plus uncapped commissions and weekly/quarterly bonuses, alongside a strong benefits package.

Formación

• 3+ years of management experience in automotive service, retail, or a customer-facing business.
• Ability to hire, train, and coach staff.
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairs.
• Experience managing P&L and budgets.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and driving appointments.

Responsabilidades

• Staffing & Hiring: Keep the center fully staffed by recruiting, screening, and hiring technicians, service advisors, and other staff.
• Training & Coaching: Train new team members on center policies and ensure ongoing training.
• Team Leadership & Culture: Foster a positive, accountable culture with regular team meetings.
• Scheduling: Create and adjust weekly schedules based on projected sales and events.
• Sales Performance: Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals and drive promotions.
• Financial Management: Maintain 60% gross margin and manage budgets and expenses.
• Center Image & Maintenance: Follow Meineke guidelines for center upkeep and maintenance.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a high-quality customer experience and resolve issues quickly.
